Venezuelan Oil Minister Elogio del Pino is hitting the wires last minutes, via Reuters, saying that if an agreement is reached in Algiers during next week, an extraordinary OPEC meeting could be called and the oil prices could increase between $10-$15 per barrel if a consensus between producers is achieved.
