AUD/JPY plummets, falls below 93.00
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The AUD/JPY suffered the worst decline in almost a month on Tuesday and finished below 93.00. Is still up for February but trimmed part of last week gains.
AUD/JPY affected by both sides
The Aussie was among the worst performers on Tuesday while the Japanese currency rose across the board amid risk aversion, pushing the AUD/JPY sharply to the downside. The pair lost more than 70 pips and bottomed at 92.20 during the American session and then bounced slightly closing at 92.40/45.
Levels to consider
To the upside resistance levels could be located at 92.85 (March 10 low) and above here at 93.55 and 93.85. While to the downside support might lie at 92.20 (March 11 low) and 91.80, and 91.55.
